Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management

These visits involve diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning.
They may be billed to insurance when eligible.

Self-pay rates:

• Initial psychiatric evaluation (60 minutes): $250

• Follow-up medication management visits: $150

Insurance is accepted for eligible medical services.
Copays, deductibles, and coinsurance are determined by your insurance plan.

Ketamine Evaluation 

• Initial ketamine evaluation (60 minutes): $250
  (evaluation only; ketamine is not administered at the first visit)

• IM Ketamine Program & Pricing: $1600

• Ketamine treatment is offered as part of a structured program that includes preparation, guided treatment sessions, and integration support. Rather than providing single stand-alone doses, we combine medicine sessions with nervous-system education and mindful integration to support meaningful, sustained change.

What the program includes

Your ketamine program includes:

• 4 in-office intramuscular (IM) ketamine sessions

• 5-module preparation & integration course

  • Module 1 is completed before your first treatment

• grounding and intention-setting before each session

• the option to include tuning fork sound therapy or NADA 5-needle ear acupuncture as part of your grounding practice

• continuous monitoring and medical oversight during each treatment

• post-session integration support framework provided in integration course

About the 5-Module Integration Course

• The integration course is self-guided and patient led. Module 1 is required to be completed before your first treatment

•  You can complete the other 4 modules at your own pace, and you will have reflection prompts and practical tools to support your experience before, between, and after ketamine sessions.

• The course does not include live integration sessions with a provider.

• If you would like individual integration support, you may schedule separate mindset coaching sessions for an additional fee. This is optional and not required for the ketamine program.

Important notes about eligibility & payment

• Completion of the evaluation does not guarantee ketamine treatment

• Ketamine is provided only when medically appropriate

• program fees must be paid prior to treatment sessions or financed through an approved third-party option

• If you are not a candidate, only the evaluation fee applies

• Any unused sessions expire after one year and are non-refundable and non-transferable.  

• If you are eligible but do not complete all sessions, unused sessions are non-refundable

 

Mindset Coaching (Private Pay Only)

Coaching focuses on personal growth, clarity, mindset, and intentional living.
It is not medical care or psychotherapy, it does not include diagnosis or medication management and is not billed to insurance.

Single Coaching Session: $200

• 60 minutes

• clarity + strategy on a specific issue

• great way to get started

 

4-Session Coaching Package: $760 (save $40)

• four 60-minute sessions

• includes guided reflection suggestions during sessions

• best for building momentum and accountability

8-Session Deep Growth Package: $1,480 (save $120)

 

• eight 60-minute sessions

• identity-level mindset shifts and habit change

• recommended for larger life transitions

 

Holistic Wellness Sessions (Private Pay Only)

These sessions support relaxation, energetic balance, and nervous-system regulation.
They are not medical treatment, they do not involve diagnosis or medication management and are not billed to insurance.

20-minute tuning fork session (booked in a 30-minute slot)

• brief check-in and intention setting

• ~20 minutes of tuning fork sound therapy

• integration/grounding time

🌞 Sunrise Integrated Session: $150

45-minute session (booked in a 60-minute slot)

• tuning fork therapy

• 5-needle point auricular acupuncture / ear seeds (if appropriate)

• optional sound-bowl relaxation
