Mindset Coaching (EME: Emotions · Mind · Energy)

Support for creating change from the inside out

What is EME?

Mindset coaching sessions are based on the EME approach — Emotions, Mind, and Energy as taught by Mandy Morris. These three areas often overlap, and lasting change usually happens when all three are addressed together, rather than one at a time.

This work is designed for people who are ready to look within, shift patterns, and intentionally create something new in their lives.

EME (Emotions, Mind, and Energy) recognizes that:

  • the mind shapes our beliefs and habits

  • the emotional body holds experiences and patterns

  • our energy and nervous system influence how safe, open, or shut down we feel

Sessions may include:

  • identifying limiting beliefs and mental stories

  • emotional processing in a safe, grounded way

  • nervous-system and energy awareness

  • compassionate reframing and mindset shifts

  • action steps you can use between sessions

We move gently but honestly — at a pace that feels safe for you.

What a session is like

At the start of each session, we usually take a moment to ground together.

This may include:

  • a few slow, intentional breaths

  • a brief guided meditation

  • setting an intention for our time together

This helps your nervous system settle, allows you to feel more present, and supports you in connecting with your heart space. Many clients describe this as feeling calmer, clearer, or “more like themselves.”

From there, the session can focus on anything you’d like support with, including:

  • mindset shifts

  • clarity around decisions or direction

  • identifying emotional blocks

  • exploring recurring patterns

  • feeling “stuck” or disconnected

  • self-worth, self-trust, or confidence

  • aligning actions with goals or values

You don’t need to show up “fixed” or polished. There is no right way to do this work. Your role is simply to come as you are — honestly, openly, and with curiosity. We work with whatever arises together.

Session length and flow

  • Sessions are typically 60 minutes

  • Near the end, you’ll receive a 10–15 minute heads up

    • this allows time to integrate what came up

    • ensures we end in a grounded, safe place

Most sessions conclude with:

  • reflection on insights gained

  • creating simple action steps

  • “homework” or practices to work with between sessions

Homework isn’t about perfection — it’s about gentle, consistent change.

Mindset coaching may be a good fit if you are:

  • ready to make changes in your life

  • open to self-reflection and personal growth

  • curious about how emotions, thoughts, and energy interact

  • wanting support that is not traditional therapy

  • interested in living more intentionally and aligned with your values

This work tends to resonate with people who sense they are meant for more than survival mode and are ready to participate actively in their growth.

Who this work is for

This process works best when you:

  • are willing to be honest with yourself

  • are open to looking at patterns gently but clearly

  • are ready to take small steps between sessions

  • are open to the possibility that change can happen quickly when emotions, mind, and energy align

You don’t need to know “where to start.”
You just need to be willing to begin.

Readiness for this work

Mindset coaching:

  • is not psychotherapy or counseling

  • is not a mental health treatment

  • does not replace working with a therapist

  • does not involve diagnosis or medical management

Coaching can be done alongside therapy and often complements it beautifully.

If mental health treatment is needed, I will recommend therapy or medical care in addition to or instead of coaching.
