A structured ketamine program designed for safety, support, and integration

This program combines:

  • 4 in-office IM ketamine treatment sessions, and

  • a 5-module ketamine preparation and integration course

The goal is not only to receive ketamine, but to prepare your mind and nervous system, and to help you integrate insights into daily life in a grounded, practical way.

A monitored, compassionate approach to ketamine treatment

IM ketamine therapy is an in-office medical treatment designed to support relief of certain mental-health symptoms under direct medical supervision. Ketamine is administered by intramuscular injection in a calm, supportive environment with continuous monitoring throughout your visit.

My focus is on safety, consent, emotional support, and integration afterward—not just administering a medication.

What IM ketamine may help with

IM ketamine may be considered for adults experiencing:

  • treatment-resistant depression

  • anxiety symptoms

  • PTSD symptoms

  • emotional numbness or disconnection

  • chronic stress or burnout

Suitability is determined through a comprehensive evaluation. Ketamine is not appropriate for everyone, and there is never pressure to proceed.

What to Expect at the First Appointment

Before treatment, you will have an in-depth evaluation that includes:

  • full psychiatric and medical history

  • medication and substance-use review

  • discussion of goals and expectations

  • screening for contraindications and safety risks

  • time to ask questions and discuss options

Ketamine is not administered at the first appointment.

The initial visit is a 60-minute evaluation focused on determining whether IM ketamine is an appropriate and safe option for you. You are always free to take time to decide.

If ketamine is appropriate and you choose to proceed, a personalized treatment plan will be created, and ketamine will be administered at a follow-up in-person appointment.

  • Initial intake appointments may be completed via telehealth.

  • All ketamine treatments are performed in person with monitoring.

Initial IM ketamine appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes and may not require the full time depending on your needs and the services provided

How ketamine feels

Experiences vary. You may notice:

  • deep relaxation or emotional release

  • changes in perception or awareness

  • new insight or perspective

  • “floating” or dream-like sensations

You remain monitored the entire time, and you can always ask for adjustments. Your experience and safety guide the session.

Mandatory preparation before your first ketamine session

Module 1 of the course is required before your first IM ketamine treatment.

Module 1 covers:

  • expectations

  • safety and logistics

  • mindset and intention setting

  • nervous-system basics

  • how to prepare for treatment day

Modules 2–5 are strongly encouraged between sessions but are not required to receive subsequent ketamine treatments.

Medical eligibility is still required

  • Enrollment or purchase of the program does not guarantee that ketamine will be prescribed or administered.

  • Before any ketamine treatment, you must complete a comprehensive medical and psychiatric evaluation to determine eligibility and safety.

  •  Initial ketamine evaluation fee: $250 (separate medical visit)

Refund policy clarity

  • To keep everything transparent and simple:

  • If you purchase the ketamine program and are NOT medically eligible, your program fee will be refunded in full.

  • If you are eligible but choose not to complete all 4 ketamine sessions, the unused portion is non-refundable.

  • The $250 initial evaluation fee is not refundable, because it is a completed medical service.

How the program works step-by-step

  1.  Initial medical evaluation (60 minutes – may be telehealth)

    Determines whether ketamine is safe and appropriate.

  2.  If appropriate → enroll in the program

    You receive immediate access to Module 1.

  3.  Complete Module 1 before your first treatment

    Required for safety and preparation.

  4.  IM ketamine sessions (4 total)

    Each session is in-office with continuous monitoring.

  5.  Integration modules between sessions

    Encouraged, not required, before every session.

Safety and monitoring

  • All ketamine treatments are performed in person and include:

  • vital sign monitoring

  • medical supervision

  • recovery period on site

  • post-session orientation and safety check

  • requirement for a safe ride home

Important notes

  • IM ketamine:

  • is a medical service

  • is not guaranteed to every applicant

  • may not be appropriate for all diagnoses

  • does not replace therapy

  • works best when paired with ongoing therapeutic support

  • is not covered by insurance at this practice

  • Do I get ketamine at the first appointment?
    No. The first appointment is an evaluation only.

  • Can the evaluation be telehealth?
    Yes, the initial evaluation may be telehealth. All ketamine sessions are in person only.

  • What if I complete the program but still struggle?
    Integration, therapy, lifestyle support, and follow-up options will be discussed with you.
