Amber Hawk,

MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC

Dual-Board certified Family & Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Amber Hawk is a dual board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 20 years of

experience in healthcare, working with adults 18 and older. She specializes in anxiety,

depression, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, sleep problems, stress-related burnout,

and those who “don’t feel like themselves” despite trying to push through.

Amber’s approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. She looks beyond

symptom checklists and is curious about what your mind and nervous system have

been trying to cope with. Treatment may include thoughtful medication management, mindset work, nervous-system education, lifestyle support, and—when appropriate—safely reducing or simplifying medications. Decisions are always made together.

Amber has a special interest in mindset work and the connection between emotions, thoughts, energy, and behavior. She believes that as we understand our patterns and shift the stories we tell ourselves, we open the door to creating lives that feel more

aligned, meaningful, and self-directed. She enjoys helping clients reconnect with their inner sense of possibility and learn practical tools to support the life they want to create. Like many of the people she works with, Amber has personally navigated seasons of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and struggles with weight and body image. That lived experience informs the compassion she brings to her work; she understands how it feels to be trying your best and still feel stuck.

Amber believes symptoms are messages, not personal failures. Her goal is to create a

safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered

to make meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for them. Outside of work, Amber enjoys being in nature, skiing, reading and learning, traveling,

spending time with her family, and being in or near water whenever she can.
